Galactic Bowling is the result of a collaboration between Perpetual FX, Tangrin, and other indy game developers and freelancers. Galactic Bowling is the first title in the newly established Galactic franchise, and features eleven distinct characters, each with a unique look and personality. Boasting eleven levels of game play, cinematic storylines, and a challenging campaign. Galactic Bowling is an exciting arcade bowling experience.

Players are transported around the Earth as well as a multitude of vividly-illustrated planets, all with exhilarating bowling lanes, special bowling balls, super moves, unlockables, secret characters, and "whammys" to disrupt your opponent's performance. Players can also join friends in a multiplayer mode.

We collaborated with Perpetual FX on the creation of Galactic Bowling. Tangrin.com’s responsibilities involved:

• Creation and coordination of environment art in an international team
• GUI design
• Improving and integrating shader support and effects, including:
• Higher level shader support
• Post effects, featuring bloom, blur, color correction
• Cartoon styled illumination models, featuring multiple dynamic lights, reflection, environment cube mapping
